This policy explains how Wybac Payment Service Provider LLC ("Wybac Pay", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website, apply for an account or use our client portal and payment-related services.
Important. Payment processing and regulated services are subject to applicable authorisations, regulated partners, product availability and jurisdiction.
1. Controller and contact
Wybac Payment Service Provider LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy requests: info@wybacpay.com.
2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, nationality, address, email and telephone number.
- Due-diligence data: identity documents, beneficial ownership, occupation, source of funds or wealth and screening results.
- Account and transaction data: balances, beneficiaries, instructions, references, currency, amount, date, time and status.
- Technical and security data: IP address, device, browser, session, login and fraud-prevention signals.
- Communications, support requests, complaints, consent choices and website usage.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to assess applications, provide and administer services, authenticate users, execute instructions, communicate, prevent fraud, secure the platform, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes and improve services. The basis is, as applicable, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, protection of rights and security, or consent.
4. Sharing
Data may be shared as necessary with banks, payment networks, correspondents and regulated payment partners; identity, sanctions, fraud and security providers; hosting, support and professional advisers; group entities; and competent regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Payments and support may require processing outside the UAE. Where required, we use contractual, organisational or other lawful safeguards and restrict access to the stated purpose.

TERMS OF SERVICE · LAST UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern the Wybac Pay website, account application, client portal and any service expressly made available to you. By applying, signing in or using a service, you agree to them and any product-specific terms.
Regulatory status. Wybac Payment Service Provider LLC holds Dubai DET Commercial Licence No. 1636148. Any regulated payment service remains subject to required regulatory authorisations, regulated partners and applicable jurisdiction. A commercial licence alone is not represented as a central-bank financial-services authorisation.
1. Eligibility and information
You must be at least 18, legally capable, use the account lawfully and provide complete, accurate and current information. We may request identity, ownership, business, source-of-funds or other evidence before or during service.
2. Security and instructions
You must protect credentials, devices and security codes and report suspected misuse. We may treat an authenticated instruction as authorised, but may delay or reject it when verification, security, balance, beneficiary or compliance checks are not satisfied.
3. Service availability
Features may include account information, funding instructions, payment initiation, transfers, beneficiaries, cards and statements. A feature may be test-only, restricted, changed or unavailable by country, currency, partner, account status or authorisation.
4. Funds safeguarding, processing and distribution
- Funds received for a payment instruction may be held temporarily as funds in transit while the instruction is verified, screened, settled, returned or distributed.
- Where applicable and legally required, customer funds are to be segregated or safeguarded through eligible regulated banks or payment partners and must not be treated as Wybac Pay operating funds.
- Unless expressly stated in a product agreement, balances are not bank deposits, do not earn interest and are not represented as protected by a deposit-guarantee scheme.
- Distribution requires a valid instruction and may be subject to available balance, limits, fees, rates, beneficiary checks, sanctions and fraud screening, correspondent rules and cut-off times.
- We may hold, request information, refuse, reverse or return a transaction when required by law, a regulator, a partner, security controls, suspected fraud, error, chargeback, dispute or insufficient information.
- You must verify recipient details. A released transfer may be irreversible. Recovery attempts may incur costs and cannot be guaranteed.
- Third-party and cross-border processing may cause delays. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
- Refunds, reversals, chargebacks and dormant or unclaimed balances are handled under applicable law, network rules and product terms.
5. Transaction status
Pending means received but awaiting checks or settlement. Approved means internally approved but not necessarily finally settled. Completed means our record shows processing completed; a receiving institution may post later. Portal PDFs are platform records, not bank-issued confirmations unless expressly stated.
6. Fees and foreign exchange
Applicable fees, rates and estimated recipient amount will be disclosed before confirmation where required. Intermediaries may deduct separate charges. Rates may change until confirmation.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, deceptive or abusive activity; evade controls; transact for undisclosed third parties; misuse payment credentials; or interfere with security.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or close access, or hold and return funds, where reasonably necessary for security, investigation, compliance, partner requirements, breach or risk management. Notice is provided where lawful and practicable.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user instructions, failure to protect credentials, third-party infrastructure, correspondent decisions, legal holds or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Complaints, law and changes
Contact info@wybacpay.com with the reference and issue. These terms are governed by UAE law and competent UAE courts, without removing mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will receive appropriate notice.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT · LAST UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026
Compliance and financial-crime controls
Wybac Pay is committed to a risk-based framework designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, sanctions breaches, fraud, bribery and misuse of payment services.
Customer impact. A payment may be delayed, held, rejected, returned or reported when required by law or risk controls. We may be legally prohibited from explaining a review or report.
1. Verification
We may perform customer due diligence, identity and address verification, beneficial-ownership and control checks, business-purpose review and enhanced due diligence for higher-risk relationships. Information must remain current.
2. Screening and risk assessment
Customers, owners, authorised persons, beneficiaries and transactions may be screened against applicable sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse-media data. Risk may consider geography, product, channel, transaction pattern and source of funds or wealth.
3. Monitoring
We and regulated partners may monitor activity, request documents, examine unusual patterns and compare use with the stated account purpose. Cross-border transfers may require originator and beneficiary information under applicable transparency rules.
4. Holds, refusal and reporting
We may refuse onboarding or a transaction, restrict an account, preserve records, freeze or return funds, or report confidentially to competent authorities where required. We do not facilitate avoidance of thresholds, sanctions or reporting duties.
5. Fraud and cybersecurity
Controls may include device and login monitoring, authentication, behavioural checks, beneficiary review, card controls and manual investigation. Customers must immediately report suspected fraud, compromised credentials or unrecognised activity.
6. Records, privacy and tax
Compliance records are retained and disclosed only as permitted or required. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, tax-residency or account information may be collected and reported under CRS or FATCA.
7. Customer responsibilities
You must provide truthful information, respond to reasonable requests, use your own account only for disclosed lawful purposes and not transact for an undisclosed party. Failure to cooperate may prevent or end service.
8. Contact
For compliance questions, complaints or suspected misuse, contact info@wybacpay.com. Never email full passwords, PINs or complete card credentials.
COOKIE POLICY · LAST UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026
Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Wybac Payment Service Provider LLC ("Wybac Pay", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and client portal.
Your choice. Strictly necessary technologies support security and core portal functions. Where required by law, optional analytics or third-party technologies will be used only after an appropriate consent choice.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and software development tools. We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your display preferences on this device.
2. Categories we may use
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, fraud prevention, security, consent records and essential portal operation.
- Functional: language, preferred currency, display and accessibility choices.
- Analytics: aggregated information about pages, performance and errors, where enabled and lawfully permitted.
3. Duration
Session technologies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain for a defined period or until deleted. A production consent manager should provide the current name, provider, purpose and duration of each non-essential cookie.
4. Managing your choices
You can use our cookie controls, where displayed, and your browser settings to accept, reject or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, security checks or other portal functions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Third parties and transfers
Third-party providers process information under their own notices and contractual safeguards. Their services may involve processing outside your country. We assess providers and use lawful transfer measures where required.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when technologies or legal requirements change. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@wybacpay.com.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE · LAST UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026
Complaints Procedure
We aim to investigate complaints fairly, consistently and without charge. This procedure covers account applications, portal access, payments, cards, service quality, privacy and the conduct of Wybac Pay or a service partner.
Protect your credentials. Never include a password, PIN, one-time code or complete card number in a complaint. For suspected fraud or account compromise, contact support immediately and use available account or card controls.
1. How to complain
Email info@wybacpay.com with the subject “Formal complaint”. Include your name, masked account number, relevant transaction reference, date, description, supporting documents and the outcome you seek.
2. Accessibility and representatives
You may ask for reasonable communication assistance or appoint an authorised representative. We may request evidence of authority and identity before disclosing account information.
3. Acknowledgement
Our service target is to acknowledge a complaint within two business days, assign a case reference and identify any additional information needed. Mandatory shorter deadlines will take precedence where applicable.
4. Investigation and response
A complaints officer will review relevant records, communications and partner information. We aim to provide a reasoned final response within 15 business days. If a complex matter requires longer, we will explain the delay and provide an expected response date, normally no later than 35 business days unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Outcomes
The final response will summarise the investigation, decision and any corrective action or remedy. Possible outcomes include explanation, correction of records, completion or return of a payment where lawful, fee review, service improvement or rejection with reasons.
6. Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, ask for internal escalation to the Complaints Officer. When the live product, regulated entity and jurisdiction are confirmed, the final response will identify any competent regulator, ombudsman or alternative dispute-resolution body available to you. Nothing limits a mandatory right to approach an authority or court.
7. Records, privacy and non-retaliation
We retain complaint records for applicable legal, regulatory and quality-control periods and handle personal data under our Privacy Policy. Making a good-faith complaint will not result in unfair treatment.
8. Contact
Complaints: info@wybacpay.com. Please quote your case reference in follow-up communications.
